Then she went to University of Arizona, where as a pitcher and a first baseman, she was Three times an All-American. The Honda Award was also given in 2001 and 2002 when Arizona won the title of national softball champion. Wounded Warriors (WWAST's) goal is raise awareness about the resilience and sacrifices our troops make by presenting softball games. It is our goal to educate amputees as with the general population that athletes can play their favorite sport after extensive training and rehabilitation.
